As a New Build Mortgage and Protection Broker, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients secure mortgages and protection policies tailored to their specific needs. You’ll be the expert they rely on for advice on life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection, as well as mortgage products for new build homes

New Build Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice, guiding clients through life insurance, critical illness, and income protection options.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and other professionals in the new build sector.
• Assess clients’ financial positions and recommend the best mortgage and protection products for their needs.
• Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and protection providers to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Stay up to date with new build financing programs, protection products, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the homebuying process, addressing any concerns to ensure a smooth experience.

The New Build Mortgage and Protection Broker Package

• Basic Salary up to £30k DOE
• Tiered Commission OTE £65k uncapped
• Additional quarterly bonus up to £1500 for retained clients

New Build Mortgage and Protection Broker Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a new build mortgage advisor, with a strong understanding of protection products
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and industry professionals
• Highly motivated, with a passion for achieving success
• Professional, personable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
