OMG UK Head of Influencer Marketing

About the Role:

This role will sit at the heart of OMG's central digital team and collaborate closely with in-agency influencer and creator teams. With influencer marketing becoming a pivotal channel, this position will lead the development, integration, and scalability of OMG's global influencer proposition, CREO, in the UK market.

The Head of Influencer Marketing will be responsible for defining and embedding OMG’s overarching approach to influencer and creator campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration between agency teams and leveraging the best talent, tools, and practices. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the perception and success of CREO, establishing it as a market-leading proposition.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
