In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe online environment by monitoring user interactions, addressing safety concerns, and implementing community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate user-generated content and interactions to identify breaches of safety standards and community guidelines.
• Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, analyzing data to make informed decisions regarding safety actions.
• Collaborate with various departments to create and enhance online safety policies and procedures that align with best practices.
• Compile and present reports on online safety trends and incidents to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Remain informed about current online safety challenges and emerging threats, proposing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Educate and guide users on safe online practices to foster a secure community environment.

• Fluency in Danish and English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Experience in online safety, content moderation, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address incidents and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise information sharing across teams.
• An eye for detail and a proactive approach to recognizing and resolving safety issues.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
