As Operations Manager, you’ll help build and operate a reliable, user-friendly EV charging network that supports the transition to a fossil-free future. Your role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, solving problems quickly, and continuously improving the infrastructure together with internal and global teams.
Ensure the daily operational readiness, reliability, and performance of all charging stations
Support the rollout, integration, and commissioning of new charging points
Work closely with customer service to handle user enquiries and provide effective solutions
Conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting, quality control, and performance checks
Monitor and act on user feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvement projects
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
Collaborate across departments and with global teams to optimize operations
You are a technically minded, service-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You enjoy improving systems, solving technical challenges, and delivering great customer experiences.
Solid technical understanding of EV charging infrastructure and electric mobility
Experience in operational process management and project implementation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
Focus on quality, safety, and reliable system performance
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence
Interest in new technologies and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
Strong team spirit, yet confident working independently and managing your own priorities
