Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - Remote (Sabre)
Remote | 3-4 nights/week | 10pm-7am
Are you a night owl with strong Sabre skills and a cool head under pressure? We're looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to cover night shifts for a high-profile TMC - fully remote, fully autonomous, and entirely out of hours.

The Hours
This role runs seven nights a week, and we're splitting it between two people on a 4/3 day rotation.
You'll work:

10pm to 7am

3 nights one week, 4 nights the next

That means long, uninterrupted blocks of time off between shifts and a predictable rota.

The Work
This is a true out of hours role - no distractions, no meetings, just high-quality travel support when the day team logs off. You'll handle everything from urgent rebookings to last-minute itinerary changes and traveller support. You'll be working solo, so you'll need confidence, calm, and solid decision-making skills.

Must Haves

Current, hands-on Sabre GDS experience

Strong corporate travel knowledge

Proven experience working in a 24/7 or out of hours environment

Ability to work independently

Tech set-up to work remotely (laptop, stable internet etc.)
