Brand new opportunity to join a cutting-edge wellness retailer that’s transforming how people engage with proactive health. This brand is on a mission to build the go-to destination for modern wellbeing—blending curated products, innovative tech, and inspiring creative.
They’re now looking for a Paid Social Creative Strategist to lead on thumb-stopping, performance-led content across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance—crafting and iterating content that drives real results and shapes culture.
The RoleLead creative strategy for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social channels
Write scroll-stopping copy—hooks, headlines, scripts, and storyboards designed to drive engagement and conversions
Source and brief UGC creators and influencers to produce high-performing, on-brand content
Partner with internal creative and media teams to concept and launch ads across video, UGC, motion, and static formats
Analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate at speed based on insights
Run continuous creative testing—scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t
Stay ahead of platform trends, creator behaviour, and what’s performing in the broader space
Collaborate across departments to support wider brand campaigns and activations
At least 2 years of experience in a paid social creative strategy or performance marketing role
Proven track record of developing high-performing ads on Meta and TikTok
Excellent creative instincts—especially in video-first and UGC-driven content
Skilled in scripting, directing, and briefing creators or content partners
Data-driven approach with the ability to optimise creative using performance metrics
Fast-paced, agile mindset—you’re comfortable launching quickly and refining on the go
Comfortable working cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and external partners
Passionate about health and wellness, ideally aligned with the brand’s pillars of Eat, Move, Mind, and Sleep
Experience working with UGC creators or influencer-led campaigns
Light editing or design skills (e.g. CapCut, Figma, Adobe)
Background in fast-growth startups or lifestyle/wellbeing DTC brands
London: Hybrid or remote. The preference is for candidates who can work hybrid from a London office, but fully remote applicants will also be considered across the UK and Europe.
SalaryCompetitive, depending on experience and seniority, with a guide range of £45k to £60k.
