Paralegal - Commercial Finance

Our client is an international financial services company looking for a Paralegal to join their highly regarded legal team. This is a varied and busy role involving working with the Head of Legal to support the business with corporate governance, company secretarial, commercial contracts and other legal matters.

Based in London this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 2 - 3 days in the office per week.

You will also gain exposure in this role to other legal matters within the role. As to be expected you will also be dealing with some administrative support duties.

Candidate must be able to point to:

• A minimum of 12 months commercial working experience in the financial service sector
• Experience of drafting and filing company documents and dealing with company secretarial matters
• Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
• Experience of dealing with data protection and employment matters
• Great communication skills
• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage a generous workload
• Able to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Take initiative
• Attention to detail when analysing data and reviewing legal documents
