Responsibilities
- Accurately interpret adviser-client files to fully understand client objectives and adviser instructions, transforming them into clear and compliant Financial Planning Reports
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most appropriate products, providers, and investment funds tailored to each client’s needs
-  Collaborate closely with the Technical Team Leader to ensure all paraplanning activity is aligned and clearly communicated
-  Liaise with the Compliance Team for any cases requiring pre-sale approval, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards
-  Prepare detailed Financial Planning Reports within agreed timelines, ensuring precision in spelling, structure, and presentation
-  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the paraplanning log and other internal system
-  Take ownership of your professional development through a Personal Development Plan, maintaining performance standards and expanding technical knowledge
  
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years continuous experience in a Financial Planning Firm
- Minimum 1 to 2 years continuous experience as a Paraplanner
- Achieved the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent. Or 1 to 2 exams away from attaining this
