Job Description - Partner Manager - Cyber

Partner Manager - Cyber Security

Location: Remote (occasional travel required)
Salary: c. £65,000 - £80,000 depending on experience + Competitive OTE & benefits

The Opportunity


Sanderson G&D is working with a leading cyber security consultancy to appoint a Partner Manager who will drive strategic relationships across channel, technology, and alliance partners. This role is central to expanding market reach through joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling initiatives, and collaborative value propositions. You'll be instrumental in accelerating revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage high-impact partnerships across multiple channels.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with clear commercial goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison for strategic partners, ensuring strong alignment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Enable partners through training on services and differentiators.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to drive co-selling success.
  • Deliver joint marketing initiatives including webinars and events.
  • Generate pipeline through shared lead generation and sales intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage deal registrations.
  • Track and report on KPIs including partner revenue and engagement.

About You


You will bring a proven track record in partner/channel management, strategic alliances, or B2B sales within the cybersecurity space.

  • Commercially astute with experience in indirect sales models.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity services and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and performance reporting.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative in approach.
  • Eligible for SC clearance (not required immediately).
  • Willing to travel for partner engagements and events.
