Job Description - Payroll Analyst German

The Job
A German speaking Payroll Specialist is required to join our client on a temporary basis from early August to end of 2025. A remote opportunity for candidates with relevant payroll experience and German language and payroll skills.

Day to day responsibilities:

Process payroll for all sites in line with legislation and complete appropriate controls
Maintain relationships with internal customers and external agencies, respond to all internal and external queries regarding tax, social security, illness, insurance etc
Support audits
Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects internal departments
Maintain and update document workflow and work procedure manuals
Participate in virtual customer meetings within Germany and answer payroll related queries

About You

Have suitable payroll experience and good knowledge of applicable legislation
German language skills (at a professional level) are necessary for this post
German legislation knowledge
SAP experience is preferred
Excellent Excel skills
Great customer service skills
