Job Title: Pensions Governance Consultant

Working style: Hybrid – 3 days at home
Salary: £45,000 - £80,000

Are you currently working within the DB pensions, investment, or actuarial sectors and seeking the next step in your career? Alternatively, are you already engaged in the professional trustee market and considering a new opportunity?

BWD is collaborating with several professional trustee firms that are looking to strengthen their pensions governance, secretarial, and trustee teams. Candidates should have a solid background in trustee governance and scheme secretariat work. The role includes managing meeting agendas, minutes and actions, pensions management, project work and governance work.

The governance and trustee market is experiencing significant growth, offering pension professionals an excellent opportunity to diversify and advance their careers in an increasingly dynamic environment. This role gives someone an opportunity to move into a rapidly growing market and expand their experience in pensions.

Experience Required

• 5 years’ experience is essential, this could be from a DB Pensions admin, management, projects side, investment, actuarial or BPA side.
• Experience within the scheme governance and trustee market and business development is essential.
• Likely to come from a larger pension consultancy in a governance setting but also may be from a professional trustee firm.
