Pest Control Technician -Trainee or Experienced

The Role:

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be managing pest-related issues across a dedicated zone (covering RG, SL, and UB postcodes). This is a van-based role, working with a wide variety of clients—from homes and restaurants to farms, zoos, railway carriages, and even film studios!

You’ll receive support from the internal team but will also enjoy the independence of managing your own diary and daily route.

What’s on offer:

• Full-time, permanent role - 40 hours per week
• Salary of £27,000 - £33,000, negotiable based on experience
• Paid overtime
• 5% commission on converted leads
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
• Private healthcare and pension scheme (after 6 months)
• Company van, fuel card & uniform provided
• Bonus and incentive schemes
• Full training & external qualifications (RSPH Level 2 & beyond)

What our client is looking for:

• Age 21+
• Full UK driving licence (clean)
• Physically fit and happy to work both indoors and outdoors
• Confident communicator, able to build rapport with clients
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential
• Must be able to pass DBS/security clearance
