Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify their specific business challenges and gather detailed requirements through comprehensive consultations.
• Develop and propose customized solutions that effectively meet client needs and highlight the value of our offerings.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and satisfaction.
• Provide thorough training and ongoing support to clients, helping them to fully leverage our solutions.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Document client feedback and experiences to foster continuous improvement in our services.

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Relevant experience in a consulting, customer service, or technology solutions role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• An understanding of technology solutions is beneficial, along with a readiness to learn new systems.
