About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative, organized, and proactive Project Manager to join our global team. You will lead complex internal initiatives—particularly within business systems and operations—ensuring we deliver high-quality outcomes while navigating global, cross-functional demands. You’ll be a key partner in our Project Management Office, driving efficiency, mapping processes, and championing continuous improvement across Moodle.

What You’ll Do

Most days in this role usually involve a mix of:

• Leading Strategic Projects: Driving the full project lifecycle (initiation to closure) for complex global initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic business priorities.


• Operational Excellence: Mapping and documenting end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and partnering with our ICT/PMO teams to drive automation and solution design.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Building strong relationships across functional and global teams, providing clear communication, and effectively escalating risks to keep projects on track.


• Governance & Standardization: Developing project documentation, maintaining the PMO Confluence site, and disseminating best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

We’d love to meet you

Especially if you can tell us about your:

• Project Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience in project management or business operations, ideally with experience managing complex, strategic global projects.


• Methodological Toolkit: Proficiency in established frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMI) and experience using project management software like Asana.


• Analytical Mindset: A knack for mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and translating complex data into practical, actionable solutions.


• Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


• Adaptability: A self-starter attitude—you thrive in remote environments, can juggle competing demands, and are comfortable working across diverse time zones.


• Bonus points if you have experience in the EdTech sector, working with cloud tools (Hubspot, Jira), or creating process maps/diagrams (Draw.IO, Miro, Lucidchart).
