Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties across South West London.
• Handle all tenant and landlord enquiries, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Organise and oversee maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor coordination.
• Conduct virtual property inspections and arrange in-person visits when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation, including safety certifications and legal requirements.
• Oversee tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit disputes.
• Manage service charges, invoicing, and supplier payments.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in property management software (e.g., Arthur, Reapit, or similar).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
• South West London market knowledge is desirable but not essential.
