Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a pro-active Paralegal at a thriving boutique law firm. They are ideally looking for a driven person with real estate litigation experience.

Real Estate Litigation Paralegal responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents for real estate litigation cases
• Conduct research on property records and legal issues
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and court filings
• Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties
• Maintain organised case files and documentation
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in real estate litigation and property dispute matters
• A desire to build a long-term career in real estate litigation and grow their expertise
• Previous experience with case management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail
