As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on sourcing top talent and placing them into leading roles across the residential and commercial property sectors. This is a 360-recruitment role , giving you full control over your desk—from business development to candidate placement.

• Develop and manage client relationships within the property sector

• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates into property roles

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

• Use LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools to build a strong candidate pipeline

• Work towards and exceed placement and revenue targets

• 100% remote working – no commuting, no dress code, just results

• Uncapped commission – the more you bill, the more you earn

• Supportive team culture and access to industry tools

• Proven experience in recruitment or strong sales background

• Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of the property sector is a big plus (but not essential)

• Must be UK-based with the right to work
