They are seeking a blue collar recruiter to join an established team in Essex - this role can be fully remote for the right experience.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and business development. You'll be generating your own clients and attending site visits within the key accounts they manage.

The successful candidate can expect a supportive mentor and excellent induction and training. With clear career progression and triggers for development, you'll have the chance to build your own desk within this lucrative construction recruitment market.

This role offers free parking and a small, vibrant team. The hours are 8-5.30pm, Commission of ALL billings, no threshold
