Job Description - Regional Account Manager - Supplier Sales - Vendor Finance

  • Responsible for the management and growth of Vendor Driven Accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
One of the UK's largest privately owned Business Finance houses who are an Asset Finance top 50 company are looking to grow their Equipment & Asset Leasing team. They are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join their Supplier Sales Division.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be:
  • Ensuring that the company’s vision and values are upheld when dealing with staff/customers and third parties.
  • Responsible for the continuous management, growth and development of Vendor Driven Accounts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing an effective business, marketing and sales plan in conjunction with the objectives of the Supplier Sales division.
  • Developing Account Planning activities to maximise opportunities and/or increase share of wallet with existing and new accounts.
  • Establishing effective working relationships with key internal staff, including administration teams (marketing, finance, underwriting, support etc).
  • Ensuring all minimum standards are achieved for operational and credit criteria and implementation of fraud prevention measures to minimise operational and credit risk.
  • Ensuring all lending and compliance processes are fulfilled.
What experience & skillset we're looking for:
  • Experience within the Asset Finance industry in a similar role.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Well-developed sales/networking and credit/finance skills.
  • A clear ability to focus on sales targets and objectives and able to perform under pressure.
  • A positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan your own diary.
