Regional Domestic Adjusting Manager Cert / Dip CILA

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Adjuster / Manager to act as Regional Manager for a team of Domestic Adjusters, to work from home and operate throughout the London / South East regions.

As a minimum, you will have 3-5 years’ Domestic Adjusting experience and, ideally, you will have some exposure to management / operations. You will be Cert / Dip CILA qualified.

In this role, you will be responsible for the allocation of new instructions, staffing / recruitment, personal development, quality assurance, SLA adherence and compliance etc.
