• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.
• Support a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of professionalism, compassion, and continuous development.
• Drive service improvement through audits, feedback, and evidence-based practices, maintaining robust compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Be the main point of contact for service users, families, and external partners including regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and responsiveness across all areas of care.

About You:

Essential Skills & Experience

• Solid background in the care sector, with hands-on experience in a similar leadership role
• Proven track record managing complex care services—whether that’s residential, supported living, or community-based
• In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and the legal frameworks that keep services safe and effective
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams and delivering person-centred, high-quality care
• Excellent communicator, able to build trust and collaborate with service users, families, professionals, and regulators

Bonus Points If You Have

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or you're keen to work towards it—we’ll support you)
