Crawley – Hybrid Working

Are you a talented Residential Conveyancer looking for a fresh challenge? This full-time role offers you the unique opportunity to build and develop a conveyancing department for the Crawley office, while fostering key connections in the local area.

The Role

This role comes with the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional attendance at either the Crawley or Gatwick offices as required. Alternatively, you can be based at either location, depending on preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership, new builds, sales and purchases and remortgages
• Dealing with lease extensions and equity release cases
• Liaising with clients and external professionals to provide exceptional service
• Supporting the creation of a conveyancing department in the Gatwick office and driving business development efforts

Ideal Candidate

• Have at least 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC)
• Possess the skills to handle a busy, high-volume caseload independently and efficiently
• Be proficient with case management systems and have excellent attention to detail
• Thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines with ease
• Exhibit strong communication and client care skills
• Share a commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible and affordable legal services
