Our clients, a well-established independent practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Leeds  area to join their team

Working Hours:

• Full time
• Remote / work-from-home basis 

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

• Basic salary ranging from £50,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience

• Annual bonus, based on turnover
• Mileage Allowance
• Equipment

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Survey work – Level 1,2 and 3 Surveys

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:

• Experience as a practising Surveyor
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Experience in Party Walls and Dilapidations preferable.
• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
