Residential Surveyor

The ideal candidate will hold AssocRICS credentials or higher, be a RICS-registered valuer, and possess the ability to carry out Level 2 surveys effectively.

If you’re an experienced Residential Surveyor, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, quality surveys, and AssocRICS or higher, this could be the role for you.

Working hours:

• Full-time
• Remote / work from home

Salary package on offer for the role of Residential Surveyor:

• Upto £60,000 basic
• Upto £70,000 OTE
• Mileage paid
• Equipment provided

Requirements for the role of Residential Surveyor:

• Experience in Residential Surveying
• Minimum AssocRICS or higher credentials
• Level 2 survey experience (essential)
• Level 3 survey experience (desirable, training can be provided for the right candidate)
• Full UK driving license
• Access to own car
• Highly organised and able to manage own workload
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities included in the role of Residential Surveyor:

• Engaging with clients, providing professional advice and support
• Compiling Survey reports
• Conducting Level 2 and 3 Residential surveys
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction
