Position might suit an experienced REVIT MEP technician looking for their first step into management.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Revit software.

Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and other stakeholders, to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.

Manage and maintain drawing standards and best practices within the team.

Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks and other coordination tools.

Produce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings and documentation.

Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and training as needed.

Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews and problem-solving discussions.

Ensure all work complies with industry standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive experience in MEP coordination using Revit, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.

Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within building structures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing project deadlines and delivering quality outputs under pressure.
