A Sage 200 Support Consultant (Sage 200, ERP Support, Sage 200 Modules, Accounting Software, Remote ERP Support) is required by a leading UK provider of business software solutions. They deliver, Sage 200, and iplicit, and have been a trusted Sage Partner since 2004. With a large, experienced development and support team, they boast successful Sage 200 project delivery across retail, hospitality, and manufacturing, and are recognised for their long-term customer relationships and strategic ERP implementations.

To be considered, you will need:

• Proven experience supporting Sage 200 software.
• Solid understanding of Sage 200 modules and functionality.
• Comfortable handling support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Background in ERP software support or accounting software support roles.

You will receive structured training and certification in iplicit, a fast-growing ERP solution, boosting your long-term career prospects and expanding your ERP expertise.

On a day-to-day basis, you will provide first and second-line support for Sage 200 issues raised by clients. You will resolve support tickets through phone and email, troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and work closely with a skilled ERP support team in a collaborative and friendly environment.
