Remote Telesales Advisor – Work from Home | Full-Time | Mon-Fri - £24.5k Base + OTE £30k+ | Permanent Role

What You will Do:
• Engage Customers: Connect with potential clients, presenting an exciting product packed with incredible value.
• Drive Sales: Make 150-200 outbound sales calls daily, using an automated dialler to maximize efficiency.
• Hit Your Targets: Secure 7 – 10 sales a day—90% of the team are currently achieving their goals.
• Stay Compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top-notch service.

What experience you will need?
• Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years
• Home Office Setup – A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely.
• Motivation to Exceed Targets – Passion for sales, resilience, and commitment to following best practices.
