Are you an experienced Sales Advisor looking for a permanent Monday-Friday role that gives you your weekends back?

We’re hiring Remote Sales Advisors to represent a leading insurance provider, speaking to warm leads and helping customers find the right protection products. If you have at least 12 months of targeted sales experience within the last 3 years, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers

• Building rapport and identifying customer needs

• Upselling and cross-selling relevant protection products

• Re-engaging lapsed customers and handling policy renewals

• Working towards sales and service targets in a supportive remote team environment

Working Hours and Shift Patterns:

• Full-time, permanent - 37.5 hours per week

Shift pattern rotation includes:

• Early: Monday 10am-6:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, Friday 9:30am-4pm
• Late: Monday 10:30am-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 9:30am-4pm
• Or Monday to Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months of targeted sales experience within the last 3 years

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident, self-motivated, and resilient personality

• Target-driven with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently from a home-based setup
