We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales leader to drive our expansion, cultivate high-value client relationships, and lead our sales team to even greater success.
The Role at a glance:
Title: Sales and Business Development Director
Location: Flexible. But Head Office is Oisterwijk, NL and we also have offices in Doncaster, UK.
Salary: £73k to £86k base (dependent on experience) plus 25% of base salary commission/performance bonus
Type: Full Time – Permanent
As Sales and Business Development Director, you will lead from the front, being responsible for shaping and continually improving the overall sales processes and procedures for the business. You’ll build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, with responsibilities spanning sales and marketing strategy and the on-going development of a high functioning, commercially astute sales team. You will be instrumental in securing high-value contracts and scaling our solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.
The role requires a balance of sales leadership and direct client engagement. As part of the senior management team, you will help shape the company’s strategic direction and drive consistent revenue growth.
An ability to attend our NL and/or UK office locations in person, on a reasonably frequent basis, will be a significant advantage.
