Description

You will be responsible for shaping a long-term commercial strategy, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and developing a high-performing team. Your leadership will drive portfolio performance, market share, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic commercial roadmap
• Lead, coach and develop a dynamic sales and marketing team
• Optimise account segmentation, targeting and pricing strategies
• Expand customer relationships and drive new business opportunities
• Align cross-functional teams to support revenue and growth targets
• Contribute to broader business strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team

Profile

The successful candidate will be a Sales & Marketing Director within Medical Device or related healthcare industry. In addition you will have:

• Proven track record in revenue growth and portfolio development
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, digital marketing and product launches
• Healthcare or medical device industry experience desirable
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Full UK driving licence
