Job Description - Sales Area Manager, EMEA

Loom Talent are thrilled to be recruiting a Sales Area Manager, EMEA for a great business based in Slough.

Our client are a well-known and respected leader within their sector with global operations spanning retail, hospitality, healthcare and more.

The Sales Area Manager, EMEA will lead the sales and distribution strategy across the region. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional that is experienced in building and expanding distribution networks in international markets.

  • Develop, manage, and grow distribution networks across the EMEA region.
  • Lead and support distributors to achieve sales and market penetration targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align on regional growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings and field visits with distributors and key clients (up to 40% travel).
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and distribution network development within the EMEA region.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English & proficiency in at least one additional European language.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage a regional portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability and willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Previous experience working in a multinational environment or with international teams.
