Job Description:

B2B Sales Development Representative

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in driving new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with decision-makers across different industries.

You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and helping to qualify opportunities for our wider sales team. We’re looking for someone proactive, confident, and motivated by success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients and decision makers across B2B markets
  • Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and follow-up
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Meet and exceed activity and revenue-based targets
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in outreach strategy and messaging

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation (phone or email-based)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with senior-level business contacts
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable working towards and achieving measurable targets
