Job Description - Sales Executive - SaaS

Sales Executive – B2B SaaS Sales

Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS and financial or HR sectors? We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join a forward-thinking team driving innovation in the SaaS space.

This exciting position offers the chance to work with a growing organization and contribute to its success by targeting small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and enterprise-level clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with business owners, financial advisors, and accountants, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions and exceed sales targets.



Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying opportunities across SMEs and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and provide solutions that drive results.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including financial professionals and business leaders.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Represent the company at events and contribute to business development and marketing efforts.


Skills and Expereince:

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience working within financial or HR sector.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and a data-driven sales approach.
