Job Title: SAP Techno-Functional HCM Consultant (Data Migration)
Location: Morocco (Remote with occasional travel )

A global client is building a new team in Morocco and is seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional HCM Consultant with a strong background in data migration. This role will involve configuring and optimizing SAP HCM solutions while managing data migration and system integration.

• Manage and configure SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll).

• Lead data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into SAP HCM.

• Develop and implement custom ABAP programs to support HCM functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to SAP HCM.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize HCM processes.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations.

• Integrate SAP HCM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.

• Provide training and support to end users on SAP HCM processes.

• Proven experience as a Techno-Functional SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on data migration.

• Strong configuration and customization experience in SAP HCM modules.

• Hands-on experience with ABAP programming and SAP data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit).

• Experience with SAP system upgrades and migrations (SAP S/4HANA).

• Knowledge of cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills in English.
