Our client is seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Consultant to join their dynamic, Belgium-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant looking to work on challenging projects within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As an SAP Payroll Consultant, you'll take full ownership of the technical and functional AMS (Application Management Services) side of payroll-related projects. You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP PY-particularly within the Belgian payroll context-to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions that meet client specifications and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of functional AMS deliverables across assigned projects.
• Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP OM/PA/PY/TM modules with a strong focus on Belgian payroll requirements.
• Provide expert guidance to both functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the key escalation point for all functional maintenance issues.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in SAP PY configuration and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of Belgian Payroll and the SAP Belgian PY module.
• Strong consulting skills, including needs analysis and solution design.
• Excellent analytical thinking with a strategic mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
