Senior Accountant Job Overview

• As a Senior Accountant, you'll take ownership of managing client portfolios, this is a mixture of small to medium-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals
• Your daily role will include supervising junior staff, reviewing their work and making any necessary adjustments
• providing strategic financial advice to your dedicated portfolio
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements to the highest standards.
• Preparing self-assessment tax returns
• Advise and assist clients with cloud based bookkeeping software
• Mentor and develop junior members of staff

Senior Accountant Job Requirements

• ACA / ACCA finalist or qualified
• 5 years + experience in a UK accountancy firm
• Proven expertise in accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in cloud based accounting software

• £32,000 - £40,000 dependant on skills and experience
• 25 days + bank holidays
