Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic law firm, based in Walsall, which is seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality litigation services to clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the expansion of our department.

Role: Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Walsall – hybrid working
Salary: Competitive (will discuss at application)

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor role:

• Deal with a broad range of commercial litigation matters from start to completion. This will include but is not limited to complex shareholder/director/partnership disputes; Injunctive relief and contractual claims.
• Handle commercial disputes between shareholders and directors or professional negligence.
• Provide team support and mentoring when required.

Required Skills:

• A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 10+ years of PQE in Commercial Litigation law.
• Have demonstrable experience of handling commercial disputes between shareholders and directors or professional negligence.
• Broad knowledge of litigation more generally.
• Have a track record in supervising and mentoring junior fee earning staff.
