Senior Corporate Tax Director – London (Hybrid Working)

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

A prestigious and highly respected accountancy practice is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Corporate Tax Director to join its London office. This is a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a top-tier firm, renowned for its client portfolio, progressive culture and commitment to technical excellence.

The Role:

You will lead a high-performing corporate tax team, working closely with Partners, to deliver advisory services to a diverse client base, including multinational groups, listed entities and large privately owned businesses. 
This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the firm’s growth strategy, mentor talent and play a central role in complex tax planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level tax advisory services, including structuring, international tax, and transaction-related advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at the most senior level
• Lead business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s market presence
• Oversee and mentor a team of corporate tax professionals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across service lines to deliver integrated solutions

About You:

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
• Proven expertise in corporate tax advisory, ideally within a mid-tier or top-tier firm
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
• A natural leader with excellent communication and team development skills
• Ambitious, driven, and looking to make a lasting impact within a respected practice
