Senior /Lead Recruitment Consultant - Perm - IT and Digital/Change & Transformation One day a month meet up /Mostly remote

Basic c. £35000 - £50000 DOE

Realistic OTE: £100k+, Uncapped Commission

Based Birmingham but mostly remote, up to 1 day a month meet ups!

The Person:
* Senior level experience in within IT & Digital/Change & Transformation
* Proven track record of billing figures (£150k plus)
* Strong client network and ability to build long-term relationships
* Experience placing permanent employees as building your network

• Ability to work autonomously in a mature and low-maintenance environment

* Focus on placing permanent staff in the IT & Digital/Change & Transformation space
* Manage and grow an existing warm client base while developing new client relationships
* Work closely with wider Digital team to maximise accounts
