Senior Manager, International Health Delivery Operations

As a global leader, we’re looking for a Senior Manager to drive success as part of our International Health Delivery Operations team. 

This role will provide leadership across Oracle Health’s international regions, helping teams deliver consistent customer outcomes, navigate change and strengthen collaboration across global teams.

What you will do

You will work across regional and customer priorities, supporting delivery and customer success while helping teams manage complex stakeholder environments. A key part of the role will be strengthening how we support customers through change, adoption, learning and education as they implement and use Oracle Health solutions.

Responsibilities include: 

• Lead and support international teams across active customer engagements, providing people leadership, coaching and management support to direct and indirect team members as needed.
• Monitor regional delivery performance, balance workload and priorities, and identify and resolve execution risks, issues and escalations to maintain delivery quality, customer success and follow-through on commitments.
• Coordinate regional priorities, resolve escalations and navigate complex stakeholder or team dynamics to keep programmes on track.
• Strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing between international and North American teams, including sharing learning around newer approaches and next-generation Oracle Health Electronic Health Record capabilities expanding into the region. Partner with customers and internal teams to support organisational change and adoption, including client learning and education that helps users build the knowledge and capability to successfully adopt Oracle Health solutions.
• Help evolve deployment and implementation approaches, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including appropriate use of AI.

• Represent the team in customer presentations and onsite meetings, providing leadership support during key implementation and go-live periods and helping navigate complex stakeholder or team dynamics

   

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, delivery operations, consulting, implementation, professional services, or a related enterprise technology environment
• 3+ years’ people management experience, including leadership of teams of 10+ people.
• Organisational change management experience, with evidence of leading people through change and driving adoption across large or complex programmes.
• Healthcare experience and an understanding of the complexity of delivering change across healthcare environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams, functions and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing conflict, navigating ambiguity and helping teams or programmes get back on track.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability and a willingness to challenge established approaches and identify better ways of working.
• Experience supporting customer or client learning, education, enablement or adoption would be valuable.

• Change management certification is desirable but not essential.

   

Team, location and travel

• You’ll be part of a global team working closely with colleagues across Oracle Health’s international and North American organisations.
• The role can be based anywhere in the UK and can be fully remote. 
• Global travel of up to 25% may be required, including customer-site visits. Some flexibility may also be required around key customer go-lives.
