Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:

As a Paraplanner, you will take day-to-day responsibility for managing and supporting client relationships, while providing technical input across the advice process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Attending and supporting client meetings, preparing clear and compliant meeting notes
• Writing high-quality suitability reports across pensions, investments, estate and tax planning
• Conducting technical research using tools like FE Analytics, CashCalc, Selectapension
• Reviewing portfolios and proactively identifying review needs and opportunities
• Liaising with providers and supporting implementation of advice
• Maintaining accurate client records and supporting ongoing compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in a paraplanning role with strong knowledge of technical and complex cases
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) minimum - Chartered status preferable
• Strong report writing and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident using platforms such as AJ Bell, Aegon (ex Cofunds) and financial planning tools
• Detail-focused, proactive, and client service-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
