Role: Senior Quality Engineer
Salary: circa £60,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience + incredible benefits

We're hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for a permanent, fully remote role with a cutting-edge tech company building cloud-native platforms powered by AI-driven orchestration.

Operating with significant autonomy, the Senior Quality Engineer would be collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality principles early in the process, ensuring robust, scalable and user-centric solutions.

This is a full-time permanent position, paying between circa £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, with some fantastic benefits including 30 days holiday + Bank Holidays, performance bonus and annual pay reviews, life assurance, private healthcare and more.

This position is fully remote, open to UK residents only.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in designing and executing detailed test plans.
• Experience with automation tools and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd be doing:

• Conduct functional, performance, security, and compatibility testing across platforms.
• Develop and implement test strategies that align with product goals and technical specifications.
• Lead efforts to improve testing frameworks, automation practices, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and architecture teams to ensure testability and reliability are built into every stage of development.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the evolution of quality standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process optimisation and defect prevention.
