We will support you on a journey where you can:

• Manage and grow your own client portfolio
• Map the market and develop an ambitious sales plan
• Lead by example and influence the development of others
• Source new candidates via a multitude of channels and conduct thorough interviews
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new clients
• Provide excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
• Advise stakeholders from SMEs to global organisations to help them achieve their business goals
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve team goals
• Handle the job process from beginning to end, including shortlisting, making expert recommendations and maintaining relationships
  

What you'll need to succeed
You know that you've got what it takes because you are:

• Highly motivated and sales-driven with 2+ years' recruitment experience - plus a Bachelors degree or 5 years 360 agency recruitment experience
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
• Proud of your strong track record, exceeding targets
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
• Highly collaborative and possesses strong interpersonal skills
