Our recruitment process
We value transparency in recruitment so here’s exactly what to expect:
1. First Stage: Microsoft Teams Interview (HR)
A conversation with HR focused on behavioural and competency‑based questions. This helps us understand your approach, mindset and alignment with our values.
2. Second Stage: Face‑to‑Face with the Hiring Manager
You’ll meet your potential manager in person.
They will present to you on the company, the sales function, and what success looks like in the role — giving you a full, realistic picture.
3. Third Stage: Face‑to‑Face Presentation by You
You’ll be invited back to deliver a short presentation to demonstrate your commercial thinking, communication style and approach to solution selling.
4. Final Meeting: Sales Director
A final conversation with our Sales Director before progressing to offer.
