Senior Social Worker - Family Help Service

Location: South West London

salary: up to £51,127 per annum +£5,000 welcome bonus and £1,000 retention bonus (every 2 years of service)

NonStop Consulting is looking for a Senior Social Worker who can join a newly created Family Help Service. This is for a Local Authority with a Good Ofsted rating in South West London.

The role is permanent offering you stability.

Responsibilities of the Senior Social Worker:

The Senior Social Worker will be part of the Family Help Service, which is a newly created team that aims to work with children, young people and their families, providing them with support.

The aim is to keep the children live at home with their families, in a safe and loving space, so it is a very rewarding role.

By using the Family Safeguarding Model, you will work with families to produce child and family assessments, and to build family led plans under Child in Need and Child Protection frameworks, as well as in care proceedings.

You will work alongside Children's Practitioners, Adult Mental Health Practitioners, Substance Misuse and Domestic Abuse Practitioners and family therapy.

Requirements:

• you are an experienced Qualified Social Worker
• you have experience in children's services (such as Child in Need, Child Protection or LAC teams)
• you have a Social Work degree and the Social Work England registration
