Senior Talent Relations Lead (UK)

The Role

Dexerto is seeking a Senior Talent Relations Lead (UK-based) to drive and expand our talent strategy across both the UK and US markets.

This is a senior-level individual contributor role sitting between Manager and Director level. The successful candidate will oversee and grow relationships across agencies, management companies, publicists, PR firms, and directly represented talent spanning gaming, esports, streaming, and mainstream entertainment in both territories.

While based in the UK, this role carries meaningful responsibility for US talent access, requiring strong cross-market awareness and the ability to build relationships internationally. You will play a key role in shaping and executing Dexerto’s transatlantic talent strategy — strengthening access to tier-one creators and celebrities while supporting commercial growth initiatives.

This role requires industry presence, sound negotiation ability, strong relationship-building skills, and the personality to build trust with high-profile talent and their representatives across two markets.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Execution

• Execute and evolve Dexerto’s UK and US talent relations strategy in partnership with senior leadership
• Identify and secure high-impact talent opportunities that drive audience growth and brand authority across both regions
• Develop repeatable processes to streamline talent booking across interviews, video formats, podcasts, live events, and branded content
• Track emerging creator trends across the UK and US markets

Industry Relationships & Representation

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with UK and US agents, managers, publicists, PR teams, and creators
• Act as a primary external contact for talent-facing discussions and coordination
• Represent Dexerto at key industry events including premieres, conventions, esports tournaments, agency showcases, and launch events (UK and occasionally US)
• Maintain awareness of agency structures, talent rosters, and evolving creator ecosystems in both territories

Commercial & Editorial Integration

• Partner closely with Editorial, Video, Production, and Sales teams in both the UK and US
• Support commercial initiatives by facilitating talent participation in branded campaigns and sponsorship activations
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify talent-led commercial opportunities
• Contribute ideas for scalable formats that strengthen recurring talent access

Negotiation & Relationship Management

• Lead day-to-day negotiations with professionalism and commercial discipline
• Manage sensitive talent dynamics with discretion and sound judgment
• Ensure a best-in-class experience for talent across all Dexerto engagements
• Protect and strengthen Dexerto’s reputation within both UK and US media ecosystems

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5–8 years of experience in talent relations, talent management, media partnerships, or agency-side representation
• Strong networks within the UK market, with exposure to or experience working across US talent ecosystems
• Demonstrated success securing notable talent across digital media, interviews, campaigns, live programming, or branded content
• Deep understanding of gaming, esports, streaming, influencer, and entertainment industries
• Commercial awareness and experience supporting revenue-generating initiatives
• Confidence representing a growing international media brand externally
• High emotional intelligence and strong long-term relationship-building ability
• Ability to operate independently across time zones
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
