Senior Transfer Pricing Manager - Compliance

As a Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant - Compliance, you will be responsible for managing and delivering transfer pricing services to multinational enterprises (MNEs) using Aibidia's platform and solution, with a particular focus on compliance. 

This role requires a deep understanding of transfer pricing concepts, regulations and tax technology to optimize our customers' transfer pricing documentation and strategies. You will work together with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency through the Aibidia platform. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver transfer pricing advisory and global compliance projects for multiple MNEs of different sizes on the Aibidia platform, ensuring the highest-quality services and delivery within deadlines. 

• Work closely with customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with them, understanding their business models and transfer pricing needs, and accordingly, providing training, expert advice, and solutions on transfer pricing compliance-related matters and best practices. 

• Leverage the Aibidia platform to streamline and automate transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and reporting processes. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams, including tax, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and use of the Aibidia platform. 

• Stay abreast of global transfer pricing regulations and changes, ensuring customers' compliance and strategic alignment. 

• Participate in business development activities, including proposals and presentations, to expand the firm's transfer pricing practice. 

• Participate in discovery sessions and run live demonstrations of Aibidia’s solutions with prospective customers and other stakeholders to understand in detail their Transfer Pricing set-up, with a focus on compliance, and help them understand how Aibidia’s solution can solve their specific needs.  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in economics, finance, law, taxation, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, with a strong preference for experience in digital transfer pricing solutions. 

• Proven track record of managing and delivering global transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects for multinational enterprises. 

• Experience in financial transactions transfer pricing 

• In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines, and international tax regulations. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of attention to detail, ensuring accurate and reliable data transformation processes. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing and delivering multiple priorities and deadlines.
