Salary: £27,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits & Progression

CPS Group are partnering with a fast-growing, data-driven insurance organisation based in Cardiff. With a strong presence across the UK and internationally, they're now looking for a Senior Travel Claims Handler to join their expanding, forward-thinking team.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an outstanding claims experience to customers, handling a variety of complex travel insurance claims for both domestic and international travel. Alongside this, you'll have the opportunity to support, coach, and mentor others, making a real difference to both customers and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing:
? Handling and settling complex travel insurance claims and complaints in line with policy terms and industry regulations
? Supporting and coaching team members to encourage continuous learning and development
? Carrying out quality checks and providing constructive feedback
? Assisting the Team Leader with day-to-day operational activity
? Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
? Managing your caseload proactively to meet service standards and deadlines
? Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements

What We're Looking For:
? Experience within a travel insurance claims role (Essential)
? Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
? A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills
? Confidence in coaching and supporting others within the team
? Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
