Job Function

To
provide administrative support within the department

Dimensions

Key Responsibilities:

·         To maintain effective and efficient paper flow through
the service department

·         To assist the other members of the department when
necessary.

·         To communicate and assist customers and suppliers.

·         Ensure that all warranty claims are processed in the
correct prescribed manner.

·         Update and collate the service contracts operated by the
department.

·         Maintain the database of customers and suppliers used by
the department.

·         Ensure all chargeable jobs and service contracts are
invoiced promptly.

·         Good communication and teamwork with the Service
department and engineers

·         I.T. and SAP system skills
