Service Engineer

A mechatronics equipment provider with sites worldwide requires a Service Engineer to be part of a Field Service Team providing support to customers across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will be multi skilled and be flexible to travel with the occasional overnight stay.

Commutable from: Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Stoke On Trent, Kidderminster, Dudley

Package: £40,000 - £45,000 p.a. paid overtime/on call +Company Car +Fuel Card +Credit card +12% employer contribution pension +Holiday increased with length of service up to 35 days not including bank holidays +Profit Share Bonus

The Role

Reporting into the Technical Manager you will have the following duties:

-Provide maintenance services to customers inhouse and onsite.
-Complete all documentation relating to the equipment's performance on field service calls.
-Work with the Technical Manager to promote the business's services to customers.

The Person

Educated to HNC level in a relevant discipline you will have the following experience:

-A background in Service Engineering within the field of automation.
-Multi skilled in electrical and mechanical.
-Flexibility to work on call and travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland.
